Terralytics has enhanced its corridor-level dashboard to bring together three layers of market activity in one place: on-market sales, off-market sales, and estimated remaining transactions.
Not every greenfield transaction reaches the retail market. Off-market sales are now captured through State Valuer-General settlement data, revealing activity that would otherwise stay invisible until settlement records are published.
The dashboard also introduces estimated remaining transactions – an early indicator of sales still expected to settle. These estimates are refined as actual settlement data comes in, giving users a forward-looking view rather than requiring them to wait for the complete picture.
Together, these three layers give developers, sales teams and researchers a more complete view of corridor activity – what’s sold, what’s sold off-market, and what’s still expected to settle.
